Conditions for participation in the Open Water Battle
Participation in the event is only possible after prior registration and agreement with the safety conditions.
Participants under the age of 18 may participate in the event only with the written consent of their legal guardian. By giving their consent, the legal guardian confirms that they have been informed of the nature of the event, its rules and safety conditions.
Each participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the organizers throughout the event.
Entry into the game area is only permitted upon the instructions of the organizers.
It is prohibited to use objects other than those designated by the organizers for the game. The use of hard, sharp or otherwise dangerous objects is strictly prohibited.
Participants are obliged to behave respectfully towards others. It is prohibited to intentionally push others, trip them, physically attack them or otherwise endanger their health.
It is not permitted to aim water at close range at the eyes, face or ears of other participants or to use excessive force.
Participants are required to wear suitable sports shoes. Running on slippery surfaces is at their own risk and the organizers recommend increased caution.
The organizers recommend the use of protective glasses throughout the game. Protective glasses are not provided by the organizers; their provision is the responsibility of each participant if interested.
In the event of injury, illness or other health complications, the participant is required to immediately inform the organizer.
The participant is required to take care of his or her own safety, comply with these rules and follow the instructions of the organizers.
Participants acknowledge that minor injuries may occur during sports activities (e.g. slipping, falling or being hit by a water jet) despite compliance with all safety measures.
After the game, participants are required to return the borrowed equipment in an undamaged condition and leave the game area according to the instructions of the organizers.
The participant is responsible for damage caused to the event equipment if it is damaged intentionally or as a result of a violation of the rules and instructions of the organizers. In such a case, the participant undertakes to pay the costs of repairing or purchasing an adequate replacement for the damaged equipment.
The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
The organizers are not responsible for harm or damage caused by a participant's violation of these rules or the organizers' instructions.
The organizers reserve the right to exclude from the event at any time a participant who violates these rules or whose behavior endangers the safety of others.
During the event, photographic, video or other audiovisual material may be taken for the purpose of promoting and informing about the course of the event. The participant taking part in the event acknowledges this fact. For persons under 18 years of age, their legal guardian does the same.
The discounted admission price applies to online registration made no later than 24 hours before the event date. After this date, it will only be possible to register on site for the current increased rate.
Any cancellation of registration with the right to a refund of the paid admission fee is only possible up to 24 hours before the event date. After this date, the admission fee cannot be refunded.
Registration is binding only after its confirmation by the event organizer and payment of the relevant admission fee.
In the event of cancellation of the event by the organizers, the paid admission fee will be refunded in full.
The organizers reserve the right to change the date or adjust the course of the event due to adverse weather or other serious circumstances.
