How far in advance should I book?
It is up to you, but longer in advance you book, the bigger chance that the game will be available for you.
What is your booking process?
Easiest way to make a booking is to give as a call, tell as what you need. We will probably ask you for a few details regarding your request, and then we will send you an offering to your email.
Is there a deposit to reserve?
Yes, once everything regarding the booking is finalized to your satisfaction. we will ask you to put down a deposit. Only after you pay the deposit, reservation is finalized.
How do I pay for my rental?
You can pay right after the end of program on site in cash, or via card, or money transfer. For company clients an invoice payment is an option as well.
Where can I play your games?
We can deliver our games to almost any place and set them up for you there. But it is best to check with us first, if your place is suitable for the games you select. You can also play at our place.
What if I need to reschedule my reservation?
Not a problem. As long as you inform us about this at least 48 hours in advance, rescheduling is FREE.
What is the age limit?
It depends on activity that you select. But usually it is from 6 years and up. But for most of our games, we can set them up for adults and kids of different ages.
How many units should I rent?
More games = more fun and more rich entertainment. Ultimately it is up to you. If you rent more games we offer a bigger discounts.
Do you provide full service planning?
Yes, we are a one stop service for your event needs. We can prepare for you a complete program for your event = not just games, but event spaces, transport options, catering and so much more.
Can I play in the rain or snow?
Some games yes, but some sadly no. It is always game specific. But most of our games can be run in any weather. Please ask your planner for details.
Are there add-ons?
Yes, for almost all of our games, there are some specialities that you can add to your reservation to even more improve your gaming experience. Ask you planner for details.
Can you make special requests?
Yes, we are very flexible and pro-customer oriented. We will do our best to try to fulfill your wishes and needs. In the end it is Your event so we will make as You want it.
